Job Title: Retail Sales Manager – Jewellery Retail

Location: Mehrauli (Delhi) & Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 7+ years in jewellery retail sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager to lead our premium jewellery retail stores located in Mehrauli and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in jewellery sales, team management, customer relationship building, and achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth customer service delivery.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets through effective team leadership.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Handle VIP clients and high-value transactions with professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, billing accuracy, and store security.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in jewellery retail sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of jewellery products, diamonds, and precious metals.
  • Ability to manage team performance and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Confident, target-driven, and well-presented professional.
  • Flexible to work on weekends and retail hours.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Preferred background in Retail, Business, or Luxury Sales)Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
