Job Description:

Responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection based on preferences and budget.
  • Explain product details, including purity, certification, and pricing.
  • Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery trends and collections.
  • Prepare sales invoices and handle billing through Tally or POS system.
  • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery counters.
  • Follow up with customers for orders, repairs, and after-sales service.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the back office for stock updates and replenishment.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve queries politely and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹36,000.00 per month
