Job Description: Diamond And Polki Jewellery Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Gold and Diamond Jewellery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of fine jewellery, exceptional customer service skills, and a flair for sales. As a Jewellery Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping customers select exquisite gold and diamond pieces while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized jewellery recommendations based on preferences, style, and occasion.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of gold and diamond jewellery, including various styles, cuts, settings, and pricing. Stay updated with industry trends and new collections.
  • Sales & Upselling: Achieve and exceed sales targets by recommending complementary pieces, offering product bundles, and effectively showcasing the store's collection.
  • Jewellery Presentation: Assist in the arrangement and display of jewellery to highlight key products and attract customer interest. Ensure products are presented in an elegant and organized manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide after-sales support, including resizing, cleaning, and repair services. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock tracking, replenishing, and managing jewellery inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Educate Clients: Inform clients about the quality, sourcing, and care of gold and diamonds, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in jewellery sales or a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • High attention to detail and an eye for luxury products.
  • A passion for fashion, luxury, and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time
