Job Title: Retail Production & Operations Manager - Luxury Silver Artifacts, Silver Jewllery & Other Silver Products

Experience: 10 to 20+ years

Location: Janpath, New Delhi

Industry: Silver Artifacts/ Artwares (Home Decor) - Luxury Retail Showroom

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Workflow should be planned to fulfill deadlines and criteria.
  • Oversee and assess the work of production staff, including quality inspectors and employees.
  • Calculate how many resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.) are required.
  • Give your approval for equipment purchases, maintenance, etc.
  • Assisting staff members in gaining new abilities and information through training sessions, workshops, and staff development programs
  • Controlling stock levels and making important stock control choices
  • To maximize profitability, sales numbers are analyzed and future sales volumes are predicted.
  • Utilizing information technology for data analysis, forward planning, and sales data recording
  • Taking care of staffing concerns: performing performance reviews and appraisals, interviewing prospective employees, and offering or planning training and development.
  • Keeping up with the latest developments in the retail sector
  • Vendor Development for Silver Artifacts (Home Decor).

Desired Skills:-

  • In-depth understanding of production and floor management
  • familiarity with performance evaluation and budgeting principles
  • Proficiency in reporting on important production indicators
  • The candidate should have Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and Presentable Personality.
  • CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE IN SILVER PRODUCTION/ CO-ORDINATION WITH VARIOUS VENDORS HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF RETAIL IN SILVER ARTIFACTS (HOME DECOR), JEWELLERY, OTHER SILVER PRODUCTS AND LUXURY BRAND SHOWROOM SHOULD ONLY APPLY.
