Job Description

1.Customer Interaction:

  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store.
  • Assist customers with product selection by providing detailed information and answering queries.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • 2.Sales & Transactions:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Follow up on orders to prevent delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • 3.Product & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to inform customers and drive sales.
  • Track inventory levels, update stock, and report any shortages or issues.
  • Keep the sales counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • 4.Customer Service & Problem Solving:
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and confident attitude while interacting with customers.
