We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audio Visual Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for AV technology and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Solution Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations of our AV solutions, effectively communicating their technical capabilities and business value.
- Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals, quotes (BOQ), and contracts.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and post-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging AV technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Audio Visual or a related technology industry.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of AV systems, including display technologies (Samsung, Delta, Activ LED), audio systems (JBL, Harman), and control systems (AMX).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess client needs and offer tailored AV solutions.
- Independent Work: Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and drive results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
