Job Description

ECHON Group is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to promote our PVC Door segment through Channel Sales and Project Sales in the designated area. The role involves appointing dealers/distributors and generating business by meeting architects, contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Onboard new channel partners for PVC doors to increase market coverage.
  • Drive Project Sales by meeting and influencing architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with channel partners and project influencers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and clients.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales within building materials, interior solutions, or hardware industry.
  • Ability to appoint and manage dealers/distributors effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with the local market and strong connect with architects and contractors.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
