Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a Presales Specialist who can connect business context with technology innovation. The role focuses on researching real-world business problems, designing contextual AI solutions, and creating rapid prototypes that demonstrate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research business workflows and identify high-impact AI use cases across lending, onboarding, and collections.
  • Design and prototype intelligent solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and APIs.
  • Translate complex business challenges into simple, business-facing solution narratives.
  • Build demos, concept notes, and solution frameworks that showcase product potential.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and fintech trends to inspire new ideas.
Requirements
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in presales, product solutioning, or AI/automation roles.
  • Strong business understanding, especially in BFSI or fintech contexts.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping (Python, Streamlit, or no-code tools).
  • Curiosity-driven thinker who enjoys connecting ideas, context, and technology.
