Role Overview

As a
Business Strategy Executive
at Nynii, you will work closely with the Founders and leadership team to drive high-impact strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business growth plans. You'll analyze data, identify opportunities, and help shape the company's roadmap as we scale across India and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founders in developing and executing Nynii's short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyze operational metrics and financial data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Assist in preparing strategic presentations, reports, and investor decks.
  • Monitor key KPIs to assess business performance and growth trajectories.
  • Drive special strategic projects to accelerate market expansion and gig-worker acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in startups and the gig economy.
