Role Overview

As a
Marketing & Strategy Executive
at Nynii, you will drive growth through smart marketing initiatives, data-backed strategy, and on-ground brand activations. You'll work closely with the Founders, Product, and Growth teams to design campaigns that attract users, onboard gig workers, and expand partnerships with brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
  • Support strategic planning for new growth initiatives, partnerships, and category expansions.
  • Track, measure, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI across channels.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies, event partners, and internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Plan and manage on-ground activations, collaborations, and community-building efforts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Assist in shaping brand communication, creative storytelling, and social media strategy.
  • Work on data-driven insights to enhance conversion funnels and user retention.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Some of experience in marketing, growth, or strategy roles (startup exposure is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in using marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
