RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and goals.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and high-quality copy for various channels, including websites, social media, e-mail campaigns, advertisements, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for content optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our content efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven 4 year experience in content strategy, copywriting, and content creation, preferably in Agency. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types and style
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into effective content strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and other relevant software.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of content creators.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
