Role Overview

We are seeking a
Strategy Associate
to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on high-impact business initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, conducting research, and translating data and insights into actionable strategies.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping Nynii's business growth — analyzing performance, exploring new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives across business verticals.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare data-driven insights for business decisions.
  • Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and investor meetings.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and tech teams to track performance against goals.
  • Assist in building strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new revenue channels.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for growth and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides.
  • Clear and confident communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • High ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
