Role Overview

As a
Growth & Strategy Associate
, you'll work directly with the
Founder and Leadership Team
to drive business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to create measurable impact at scale.

You'll play a central role in building strategies for
user acquisition, gig worker expansion, and brand growth
, while ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth strategies to expand Nynii's reach among clients and gig workers.
  • Conduct detailed market, competitor, and performance analyses to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support partnerships, campaigns, and city launches aimed at scaling user acquisition and engagement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and growth outcomes.
  • Prepare insights, reports, and presentations for leadership and investor reviews.
  • Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across functions.
  • Serve as a strategic thinker and executor — moving seamlessly from high-level planning to ground-level implementation.

Ideal Profile

  • Some of experience in business strategy, growth, consulting, or startup operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on unstructured problems and scaling new initiatives.
  • Passionate about startups, social impact, and building scalable consumer platforms.
