As a Strategy & Planning Associate
, you'll work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to drive business insights, structure growth initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities. This role blends analytical problem-solving, project coordination, and creative thinking — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning by conducting
    market research
    , analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, tech, and finance) to ensure
    alignment with business goals

  • Track and report progress on key business projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing
    presentations, dashboards, and reports
    for leadership and investors.
  • Evaluate partnership and expansion opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain high confidentiality and professionalism in all founder-level communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Business, Economics, Management, or Marketing
    .
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, structured, and execution-focused.
  • A passion for consumer brands, social impact, or tech-driven business models is a plus.
