About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of IT services (such as digital marketing, web development, software solutions, etc.), and a proactive approach to achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Pitch IT services such as Website Development, Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing), and IT Solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (web design, development, digital marketing, software solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online communication tools.
