About the Role
Crizzen is seeking an experienced sales professional to take full ownership of our US-based edtech client (Tech product on professional development that recognizes both formal and informal learning), and drive its school outreach in India. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from relationship-building with school decision-makers to delivering in-person presentations, and ensuring meticulous follow-up and reporting. The long list to short list of potential schools is already prepared - you will lead the engagement and conversion process.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and drive the sales process for the client in the school education space
· Conduct in-person presentations and demonstrations to school leadership teams
· Maintain and update sales trackers, MIS, and pipeline reports
· Follow up with prospects and ensure timely deal progression
· Manage relationships post-presentation to ensure smooth onboarding
· Work closely with Crizzen leadership to align sales approach with overall strategy
Requirements
· Bachelor degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, Education, or related field)
· Minimum 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience exclusively in the school education space
· Demonstrated success in selling to schools - including handling presentations, negotiations, and closing deals with principals/management
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency with Excel/MIS reporting
· Ability to build rapport with school principals, management, and decision-makers
· Organised, proactive, and results-oriented, excellent follow-up discipline
· Based in Mumbai; comfortable with frequent in-person school visits and travel within the city
