We are seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience with CRM and lead management tools, and the ability to engage prospects effectively to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business clients through online platforms, databases, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team.
- Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups to convert them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) to manage and update lead data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead-gen strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to research target markets and identify decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
