Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage our accounting transactions and ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions in Tally ERP Prime, including sales, purchases, bank, cash, and expenses

  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

  • Ensure timely bank payments, including RTGS, NEFT, Forex, and cheques

  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax

  • Generate sales invoices and follow up for payment

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, such as MIS, Debtors, and Creditors

  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

  • Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

  • Assist with other accounting projects and update financial data in databases

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

  • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills

  • Fluency in English

  • Experience with general ledger functions

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Excellent organizing abilities

Location:

Candidates staying in the Western line, from Dahisar to Andheri, are preferred.
