About the Role

Premier Carpet is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead project sales across the
UAE and wider GCC market
. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development within the interior design, hospitality, or construction sectors, and a proven ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Based in
Dubai
, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, driving growth, and expanding Premier Carpet's footprint across high-end commercial, hospitality, and residential projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop new business opportunities across
UAE and GCC countries
, with a focus on high-value carpet and flooring projects


• Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, real estate developers, fit-out firms, and procurement professionals


• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure


• Collaborate with internal design, estimation, and project teams to deliver bespoke solutions


• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand and generate leads


• Provide regular sales forecasts, client feedback, and market intelligence reports


• Draft and present business proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and project timelines

What We're Looking For


• 4–5 years of experience in business development or project sales, preferably within the carpet, flooring, or interiors industry


• Deep understanding of the
UAE and GCC design and construction markets


• Established network of contacts across the hospitality, real estate, and design sectors


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills


• Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently


• Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed

Preferred Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields


• Prior experience in both B2B and large-scale project sales across the GCC
