Role Description

Opptra is hiring a full-time, on-site 3PL Warehousing Manager – E-commerce Fulfillment & Platform Integration to join our team in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing warehousing and inventory operations, optimizing e-commerce fulfillment processes, ensuring smooth platform integrations, and managing 3PL relationships. The manager will handle logistics coordination, implement warehouse best practices, track performance metrics, and ensure cost efficiency while delivering exceptional service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular reporting will be key to the success of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and e-commerce logistics operations.
  • Expertise in 3PL partnerships, fulfillment optimization, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with platform integration tools and order management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for logistics coordination and cost reduction.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of data reporting and performance tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem; familiarity with the Asian market is a plus.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
