Overview:

Titan, a leading company in the wearables industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead-E-commerce (W&W). This role will be responsible for driving the e-commerce strategy and sales for our wearables division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, sales, and marketing, with a passion for the wearables industry.

Role Purpose

The Lead – E-Commerce Operations will own the P&L and growth strategy for Titan's Smart Wearables business across online marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role will drive sales, strengthen platform partnerships, ensure operational excellence, and maximise visibility and demand generation online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

• Deliver monthly and annual sales, ASP, and category share targets for Smart across Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, TataCliq, , , and other online partners.
• Identify growth opportunities through exclusive online launches, new collections, and quick commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart).
• Manage pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy to balance growth and profitability.

2. Drive Online Demand Generation

• Create and execute performance marketing campaigns on AMS, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.
• Ensure share-of-shelf and keyword dominance for Smart SKUs.
• Integrate App download journeys post-purchase (QR in packaging, follow-up nudges).

3. Platform & Relationship Management

• Lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Negotiate margins, visibility spends, events participation (BBD, Prime Day, EORS, etc.).
• Build senior connects with category managers, vendor managers, and logistics partners.

4. Operations & Inventory Excellence

• Ensure accurate inventory planning, replenishment, and stock health across platforms.
• Track and minimise returns, cancellations, and reverse logistics costs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to enable on-time fulfilment and smooth order servicing.

5. Receivables & Compliance

• Monitor receivables, reconciliation, and timely collections from platforms.
• Ensure debit note settlement, claims validation, and compliance with platform reporting.

6. Competitive & Category Intelligence

• Track competitor (Noise, Fire-Boltt, boAt, Apple, Samsung) pricing, promotions, and visibility.
• Recommend counter-strategies for new launches and festive sales windows.
• Support DataMint & Analytics teams with structured insights from online cohorts.

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

• Achievement of Smart e-commerce sales revenue vs plan.
• Market share gains on Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms.
• On-time fulfilment %, return rate % reduction, receivables turnaround time.
• ROI on platform marketing spends.
• Ratings, reviews, and Q&A health scores.
• Contribution of exclusive online launches to total growth.

Experience: 8–12 years in e-commerce operations, online category management, or business development (Consumer Tech, FMCG, Electronics, Lifestyle, or Wearables preferred).

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

• Proven ability to run platform partnerships and negotiations.
• Analytical orientation with expertise in performance marketing and campaign ROI.
• Ability to work cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Product).
