We are an innovative BPO & IT outsourcing solutions provider catering to diverse industries. Our client is specialized rapid-commerce platform exclusively designed for babycare looking for a candidate to oversee operations.
Job Title: Operations Lead/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Track operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards.
Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (supply chain, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or rapid-commerce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience with a proven track record of team management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
