Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Assistant Manager located in Bengaluru yesvantpur. The E-commerce Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations of our quick commerce sales platforms, The role involves analyzing sales data, coordinating with different teams to optimize product listings, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives. The individual will also track and report on the performance of various digital marketing campaigns to improve sales conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce and quick commerce expertise
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the FMCG sector or similar industry is a plus
