Administration Manager
to handle day-to-day back-office operations, support smooth workflow, and ensure efficient business management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
  • Handle order processing, documentation, and back-office coordination.
  • Maintain records, reports, and data entry related to sales, inventory, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Assist management in scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on business tasks and maintain operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    computer operations
    (MS Office, Google Workspace, emails, spreadsheets, basic e-commerce tools).
  • Strong
    communication skills in Hindi and English
    (both written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in
    administration, office management, or e-commerce operations
    is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
