We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our digital and e-commerce initiatives. This role will focus on managing social media accounts, supporting online store operations, and coordinating with influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced global team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report on performance metrics
  • Coordinate with influencers: outreach, communication, negotiating collaborations, and tracking deliverables
  • Support the online store by ensuring accurate product listings, images, and descriptions
  • Assist in managing promotions, product launches, and campaigns across digital channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for content and influencer partnerships


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exposure to US Market preferable Home Décor Products
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with influencer outreach and relationship management
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, or similar) is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with an international team and flexible to meet deadlines across time zones
