Job Title: E-commerce Executive - Home Website (Shopify)

Reports to: E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking a driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our home website, driving sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize website content, product listings, and user experience

  • Analyze website performance, sales, and customer behavior

  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams on website updates and promotions

  • Ensure seamless website functionality and troubleshoot issues

  • Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/E-commerce or related field

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with website management and optimization

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing

  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce tools

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with Indian e-commerce market trends
