Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance
  • Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers
  • Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation
  • Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure the timely procurement of materials and services
  • Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks
  • Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations
  • Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals
