**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Associate to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen strategic relationships. The role involves executing marketing initiatives, managing partnerships, and supporting business growth through client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Increase the firms profile through marketing campaigns, events, webinars, podcasts, and PR initiatives.

* Develop marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, promotional materials) and support digital/social media outreach.

* Promote the firms thought leadership in foreign direct investment.

* Build and maintain relationships with chambers, business organizations, embassies, consulates, and media.

* Attend and represent the firm at networking and industry events.

* Manage sponsorship opportunities, publication distribution, and advertising inquiries.

* Conduct research to develop client target lists and business opportunities.

* Prepare service proposals, contracts, and follow up with potential clients to finalize engagements.

* Support the delivery of client projects and manage strategic relationships.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.

* Strong communication, writing, and relationship management skills.

* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives.
