Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities:As a Consultant in our Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), you will be responsible for:Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions

Utilizing various recruiting tools and resources to identify and attract top talent

Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process

Conducting reference checks and background screenings as required

Managing candidate communications and follow-ups throughout the hiring cycle

Providing regular updates and reports on open requisitions

Staying up to date with industry best practices and recruitment trends

Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics
