Talent Advisory Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Talent Advisory team as a Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-impact talent and rewards projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on talent and rewards projects with top-tier clients
  • Support and deliver projects in talent advisory or rewards consulting
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights and create compelling client presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage end-to-end project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1-3 years of post-MBA experience from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges only
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for talent or rewards advisory
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a high-performing team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
