Senior Business Insights Analyst

This role is responsible for developing and delivering business insights that drive revenue growth and improve customer performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to define annual account plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data into charts and high-quality graphics, communicating and presenting analytical insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with other analysts to define and refine customer segmentation for support matrix development.
  • Support revenue-generating initiatives such as engaging lost customers, improving renewal rates, and promotion campaigns.
  • Develop and design scalable market insights and customer insights content for internal office hours, webinars, and industry publications.
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in consulting or strategy roles in analytics domains.
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics, with good academic records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically.
  • Experience working on SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerPoint decks and storytelling skills, with good presentation skills to deliver insights to a larger audience.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, consultative experience, and exposure to meeting deadlines, multitasking under pressure, and managing work under ambiguity.
  • Self-driven and able to work with geographically spread teams.
