Job Description

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to assume a strategic role in analytics. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with sales personnel to develop comprehensive account plans and strategies aimed at achieving revenue goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for partnering with sales teams to identify relevant analytical content that needs to be shared with clients during periodic account reviews. This will involve communicating complex data insights through expert analysis, interpretation, and visualization using PowerPoint or other suitable tools.

Moreover, you will analyze and interpret data into high-quality charts and graphics, effectively conveying key takeaways to internal stakeholders. You will also work closely with other analysts to define and refine customer segmentation models used as the basis for support matrices.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop and design scalable market insights and customer insights content that can be leveraged for internal office hours, webinars, and industry publications.

Ultimately, your primary goal will be to own end-to-end management and delivery of periodic deliverables (repeatable, scalable short analyses) for various stakeholders, ensuring project success and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-9 years of experience in consulting or strategy roles within the analytics domain.
  • Bachelor's Degree in technology, statistics, sciences, or mathematics, along with good academic records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically.
  • Hands-on experience working with SQL or Snowflake, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with consultative experience and exposure, proven competence for meeting deadlines, multi-tasking under pressure, and managing work under ambiguity.
  • Self-driven individual capable of working effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
