Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

This pivotal role involves working closely with leadership, business, product, growth, and category teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide critical decisions.

  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel for in-depth data analysis.
  • Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to unearth insights, streamline operations, and inform strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Insight Generation & Communication: Conceptualize, visualize, and clearly communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving & Execution: Break down intricate business problems into manageable components and generate data-backed solutions.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating seamlessly across various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining data systems, including platforms like Open Metadata and Tableau.
  • Championing and promoting best practices in data management, ensuring data integrity, quality, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to align on critical business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or a closely related data-focused role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase and Tableau.
  • Sound understanding of Streamlit and Dash frameworks for building interactive data applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to tackle complex analytical challenges.
