Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Data Insights Specialist.


Job Description:

This is an outstanding opportunity in a high-visibility role that will work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide meaningful data insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted analytics partner for the business, providing expert analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and develop tailored solutions to address key business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and reporting tools to support business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Additional responsibilities include delivering strategic deeper dives, driving execution of the analytics roadmap, ensuring analytical solutions are created in a fully compliant manner, and designing effective controls.


Qualifications:
  • MBA or a master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience in analytics supporting either risk, marketing, or digital product functions.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative methods and business acumen to drive business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams, and external vendors.
