Job Description

- Support and deliver projects in talent advisory OR rewards consulting

- Conduct data analysis to generate insights and create compelling client presentations

- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage end-to-end project delivery

- Contribute to pre-sales efforts by supporting solution design and proposal development

- Participate in thought leadership initiatives through research, content creation, and client events.

The Successful Applicant

- Brings in 1-3 years of post-MBA experience from "Tier-1 or Tier2" colleges only.

- Has excellent communication skills (very important).- Is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and passionate about talent or rewards advisory.

- Is proactive, collaborative and eager to learn and grow within a high-performing consulting team.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmen

- Proficiency in Excel and a strong interest in data-driven HR solutions
