Accounting Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Advisory Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and reporting consulting team, you will provide high-quality advisory services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and be able to apply this knowledge to complex client situations. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues.
  • Conduct thorough research on accounting topics and prepare detailed technical memos.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Review and analyze client financial information and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

We are looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting to clients. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in technical accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Qualified CAs or CPAs/ACCAs with experience working in technical accounting/financial reporting.

5-9 years of relevant experience.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong domain, project management, business development, and people skills.

Ability to work under pressure—stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.

Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example.
