Position Summary

Were seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual fluent in Japanese and English, with experience in customer support and client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data updates, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring smooth project execution through collaboration on platforms like Office 365. Strong communication, accuracy, and client coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients using the Office 365 Cloud System for project coordination
  • Update retailer data in the client system with precision and timeliness
  • Maintain consistent email communication with clients and internal teams
  • Attend daily/weekly virtual meetings to discuss updates and address queries
  • Report daily task progress to supervisors and ensure timely delivery
  • Address client concerns and feedback efficiently to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain adherence to assigned shifts and organizational floor discipline
  • Ensure high accuracy in data entry and management tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or project coordination roles
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Graduate-level education (any discipline)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Office 365 Cloud System
  • Prior experience in data entry, customer communication, and email handling
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision
