Job Title: Sales & Purchase Coordinator (Fresher / Junior Executive)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will assist team in managing day-to-day operations, specifically focusing on the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in our newly implemented system, Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in the preparation and creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in Zoho.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain and update order records in the system for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to the Zoho platform and related tools.
  • Provide operational support to Richard Matthew and the wider team as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred)
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn new systems (Zoho experience will be an advantage).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
