Role & responsibilities
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the sales team generate business leads.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness by coordinating between Sales and respective departments.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems during project execution.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
