
Sales Coordinator

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing B2B client accounts, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with clients on inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and customer data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance dashboards for management.
- Work closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, tender documents, and client meetings.
- Track and follow up on client payments, credit terms, and outstanding balances.
- Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring queries and complaints are addressed promptly.
- Assist in organizing sales reviews, team meetings, and client engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to share insights with the sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
