  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.
  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to shipments, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical/service teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Assist in warranty, repair, and maintenance services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
