Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager who will lead on-ground sales efforts, meet prospective clients, and drive direct revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of SaaS solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers to present SaaS solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation
  • Understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively
  • Meet and exceed business development objectives and sales targets as set by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of SaaS B2B field sales
    experience
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue achievement
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience selling SaaS in Healthcare industry
