Qualification: B.Tech Electrical or Mechanical

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control) in a manufacturing setup. Knowledge of Diesel sets & client management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding the Organization goals & schedules and execute them with specific time lines
  2. Must have hands on experience in any Engineering / Fabrication industry. Must be familiar with Engineering drawings
  3. Expertise in Team building & team leading towards achieving the organisation requirements
  4. Expertise in Development & implementation of necessary documentation of QMS, Customer audits and other safety audits
  5. Accountable for Resource utilization and ensure proper entries in ERP to prepare production / MIS reports
  6. Ensure the availability of Tooling in advance and maintain the life cycle of the tools being used in production
  7. Making decisions about Equipment use and maintenance.
  8. Identification of Departmental Bottlenecks and ensure the Line balancing on continual basis by Capex planning.
  9. Implementation of Kaizen for process improvement.
