JobOverview:Weare seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background indigital marketing, SEO, and programmatic SEO, and a proven track record in theIT domain. The ideal candidate will be adept at keyword mapping, running ads onsocial media platforms, and generating inbound leads through various marketingactivities. As our Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with sales andpractice heads to drive growth and enhance our brand presence in the market. RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including SEO and programmatic SEO, to increase brand awareness and market share in the IT domain.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and promotional campaigns.Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, and utilize knowledge of algorithms to maximize engagement and reach.Execute effective PPC campaigns and keyword mapping to drive traffic and conversions.Collaborate with sales and practice heads to align marketing efforts with business objectives and generate inbound leads.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT industry.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. RequiredSills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 -4 years of proven experience in marketing, specifically in the IT domain.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, programmatic SEO, social media algorithms, PPC campaigns, and brand management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team.
