About Us
We are a Product Company (plus multiple ventures) looking to centralize and scale marketing internally. You will own the GTM, brand, demand, content, and growth strategy for multiple verticals including our flagship software product (focused on the U.S. market). You will build, lead, and scale the marketing team from the ground up.
What Youll Do Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Go-to-Market Leadership
Define and execute the GTM strategy for existing and new products targeting the U.S. and global markets
Segment target markets (verticals, geographies) and create roadmap plans
Work crossfunctionally with product, engineering, sales to align on priorities and positioning
Team Building & Leadership
Hire, train, mentor, structure a high-performance marketing team (digital, content, demand gen, product marketing, etc.)
Conduct interviews, set KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability
Demand Generation & Growth
Own acquisition channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, content marketing, email / lifecycle, ABM (if applicable)
Optimize funnel metrics (MQL SQL demo trial revenue)
Oversee marketing budget, optimize spend, allocate across channels
Brand, Messaging & Content
Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, value propositions
Drive content strategy: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, social media, SEO content
Ensure voice, tone, English quality, consistency across all touchpoints
Measurement & Analytics
Set up dashboarding, attribution, experiments, A/B testing
Use data to iterate quickly, prove ROI, and scale what works
Report metrics to leadership; use insights to guide decisions
US Market / International Focus
Prior experience handling U.S. or international SaaS / B2B markets
Knowledge of U.S. buyers, channels, expectations, compliance, culture nuances
Ability to tailor messaging / campaigns for U.S. audience
Budget & Vendor Management
Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets across campaigns and channels
Engage/oversee external agencies, freelancers, tools, and vendors as needed
What We Expect / Candidate Profile
- 612+ years of marketing experience (preferably in SaaS / B2B / product / tech)
- Proven track record: lead generation, growth, scaling, U.S. market exposure.
- Experience in building and managing a marketing organization from scratch.
- Strong content writing, communication, and command over English - A must.
- Hands-on with marketing tools: SEO, SEM, analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), marketing automation, CRM, ABM tools.
- Deep understanding of digital channels: SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content, ABM, partnerships.
- Analytical mindset, metrics-first, data-driven decision-making.
- Ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic / startup / evolving environment.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content creation, automate marketing workflows, and optimize team's efficiency.
