Sr. Sales Coordinator

Should have experience of atleast 3 years in B2B sales
- Sales Order -
To seek next month's sales order from our existing customers; To collaborate with the Sales head/higher authorities in building new customer relations; - To be aware and maintain confidentiality of the product costing; - To attract best prices of the products for the company.
- Representation & Communication, Customer Grievance -
To represent the company during telephonic conversations, and official visits; - To coordinate with the customers during their visit to Inflame; - To handle customers tactfully in case of becoming aware of any customer grievance;
Timely funds collection - To maintain the schedule of payment collection and chase the customers to ensure timely collection.
Inter-department Coordination - To coordinate with the production plan; - To inform the production planning and control (PPC) coordinator of the orders and help in the planning process; - To coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure material is timely dispatched; - To ensure all the items as packed are mentioned in the e-way bill and give the accounts an approval of the same;
Other Duties - To come up with the innovation and ideas in boosting the sales; - Keeping oneself updated with the industry development and trends; - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services as would be required for selling products to the new customers/outsiders; - Developing and maintaining sales collateral, such as brochures and sales sheets; - Collecting and acting on customer feedback to improve products and services; - Predicting future sales trends and revenues.
Attention to detail is needed.
Should have strong management, communication, well spoken English and representation skills
