About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Shopify website management
 and 
D2C brand strategy
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, building, and optimizing Shopify stores, while also driving brand growth strategies for direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses. This role requires the ability to 
lead multiple client accounts
, ensuring high-quality delivery across website performance, digital strategy, and brand growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the 
    end-to-end Shopify backend
     including store setup, theme customization, app integrations, product catalogs, payment/shipping configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Build, configure, and optimize Shopify websites for 
    conversion, speed, and user experience
    .
  • Develop and implement 
    brand growth strategies
     tailored to D2C businesses, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful storytelling.
  • Lead multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely, effective project execution.
  • Monitor website analytics, implement CRO strategies, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Shopify features, D2C trends, and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 
    Shopify website management
     with a strong portfolio of D2C brands.
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify apps, Liquid coding (basic to intermediate), and theme customization.
  • Solid understanding of 
    D2C brand strategy
     including positioning, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks.
  • Strong project/account management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo/CRM platforms) is a plus.

Preferred Background:

  • 3–6 years of experience in 
    Shopify e-commerce management
     and/or 
    D2C brand strategy
    .
  • Agency-side or consulting experience managing multiple accounts is a strong advantage.
