About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in driving D2C brand growth. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with expertise in Brand Planning, Paid Media Strategy, Social Media Management and Google Ads campaign optimization. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to grow D2C brands.
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, ensuring maximum ROI and growth across channels.
  • Work closely with design/content teams to deliver impactful creatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement retargeting, remarketing, and funnel-based marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, with focus on D2C brand growth.
  • Hands-on expertise in Shopify website management.
  • Strong command of Meta and Google Ads Manager, with measurable results in scaling campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling D2C brand environment.
