About the Role

We are seeking a 
Marketing Manager
 with proven experience in driving 
D2C brand growth
. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with expertise in 
Shopify website management
 and 
Google Ads campaign optimization
. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to grow the D2C brand.
  • Manage and optimize 
    Shopify websites
     (product catalog, landing pages, integrations, checkout, CRO).
  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns on 
    Google Ads
     (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, ensuring maximum ROI and growth across channels.
  • Work closely with design/content teams to deliver impactful creatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement retargeting, remarketing, and funnel-based marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years
     of experience in marketing, with focus on 
    D2C brand growth
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in 
    Shopify website management
    .
  • Strong command of 
    Google Ads Manager
    , with measurable results in scaling campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, CRO, and performance-driven marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling D2C brand environment.
