Account Director
Location: Residency Road, Bangalore (OnSite)
Experience: 6–8 years in a creative, advertising, or post-production agency
We're looking for an Account Director who can oversee multiple key accounts and lead client conversations.
You'll partner closely with the creative, production, and design teams to ensure ideas come alive on time and on brief. If great storytelling, client trust, and seamless execution are things you live for, this is your next role.

What You will Do
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, managing multiple accounts with clarity and care.
- Translate client briefs into strong creative direction and actionable strategy.
- Oversee project timelines, delivery quality, and internal communication.
- Present concepts, strategies, and ideas with conviction in client meetings.
- Prepare and handle big budgets for projects.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to streamline execution.
- Anticipate client needs, identify growth opportunities, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Create and update a compelling portfolio with the best Indian and International brands.
- Mentor junior account managers and help strengthen internal workflows.
What You will Bring
- Experience in managing clients in creative or production environments.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of design, film production, and post workflows.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
- Familiarity with tools like , Monday, or HubSpot is a plus.
